For Lexi Rodriguez, volleyball is more than a game. From her first matches as a Husker to competing professionally with LOVB Nebraska and Team USA, she’s built a career marked by grit, leadership, and determination. At Nebraska, she set the program record for career digs, became a four-time AVCA All-American, earned Big Ten Defensive Player or Libero of the Year three times, and in 2025 won the AAU James E. Sullivan Award.
Off the court, Lexi co-founded SheSports, a platform connecting female collegiate athletes with young fans to inspire confidence, health, and big dreams. “SheSports isn’t just about highlights—it’s about helping girls see what’s possible and empowering them to chase it,” she says.
Through SheSports, Lexi is helping create a future where female athletes aren’t just recognized for their talent—they’re empowered to lead, dream, and make an impact beyond their sport.
